Within the project "Legal aid centre for women" which is being implemented by the FLD with the support of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Bosnia Judicial Sector Development Project II (JSDPII), an Analysis of the legislation relevant to the protection and legal aid of women victims of violence, women victims of war, of single mothers and socially marginalized women has recently been finished.
The aim of this Analysis is to establish a basic catalogue of the Cantonal laws relevant to the protection of these categories, for the use of the FLD Legal aid team, but also to be distributed to all other NGOs which are operating in the area of legal aid and protection.
