Director of the Local Democracy Foundation Jasmina Mujezinović on the interactive UN map of professionals in the fight for women's rights!

This interactive map not only celebrates these inspiring women but also shows that, despite many challenges, they manage to be part of the change they want to bring about in their country.

On the occasion of celebrating International Women's Day, and as part of the regional program "Implementation of norms, changing attitudes", UN Women created an interactive map of activists and professionals in the fight for women's rights and against violence in the Balkans and Turkey.

On the interactive map, 80 female professionals and activists who daily contribute to the better position of women in society have found their place.

This interactive map not only celebrates these inspiring women but also shows that, despite many challenges, they manage to be part of the change they want to bring about in their country.

Look at the interactive map and meet the women who, through their work, action, and commitment, create a world where there will be no violence against women.
