As part of this year's "Women's Days" event, organized by the "Ladies In" magazine and the "Altermedia" agency, part of the humanitarian program is intended to provide support to women victims of violence at the Safe House of the Foundation of Local Democracy in Sarajevo. On Tuesday (03th December), in the "Unitic" Business Center, the play "I'm Looking for a Husband" was performed, during which voluntary contributions were also collected for the Safe House. Numerous guests were greeted by Amna Džambič-Branković, the current ambassador of the Ladies In community, and called on them to be humane and support women victims of domestic violence.

- As Woman of the Year 2023 and a Ladies In ambassador, I am proud to be able to actively support this humanitarian action by financing the organization and purchasing all tickets for the performance. I will ask you, according to your own capabilities, to decide on the amount of the donation directly on the spot – said Amna, adding that we should all do something noble for our community.
Jasmina Mujezinović, Executive Director of the Local Democracy Foundation, welcomed this action, and thanked everyone who came and supported the beneficiaries of the Safe House in Sarajevo.
- In this way, we send a message to women victims of violence that they are important to us and that when they leave the Safe House, they will have support. The way in which the magazine “Ladies In” organizes this event and the engagement of their ambassadors, successful business women, in humanitarian work, is a positive example of socially responsible action. I will be happy to convey your messages of support that they have received to the beneficiaries of the Safe House.
