Donation within the project “Life Free from Violence in Sarajevo Canton”

On Friday, January 31, 2020, the Foundation of Local Democracy, within the project “Life Free from Violence in Sarajevo Canton”, realized the donation of funds for 5 women of former Safe House beneficiaries and beneficiaries of the Women's Center services. A Grant Agreement has been previously signed by the beneficiaries to support the financing of the development of their small business idea.

The new entrepreneurs have expressed their gratitude and satisfaction with the donated funds, which especially makes us happy and gives us impetus for continued successful work.

This finalized the activity of strengthening educational and vocational guidance services, economic empowerment and developing entrepreneurial ideas in women victims of domestic violence.
