Handbook

On 14 December 2010,  UNHCR will mark the  60th anniversary of UN 

Resolution based on which the Convention related to the Status of 

Refugees was adopted.  On that occasion, UNHCR's Representation in 

BiH, Ministry of Security and Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees 

will promote a Handbook on international protection (asylum) in BiH 

and Handbook on rights of persons under international protection in BiH.

Sector for Asylum of the Ministry of Security, Sector for Refugees, 

Displaced Persons and Housing at the Ministry for Human Rights and 

Refugees, NGO BHWI Foundation, NGO Vasa Prava BiH and NGO Foundation 

of Local Democracy.  They have contributed to the quality of these 

two Handbooks.  The Handbooks  contain a comprehensive information on 

functioning of asylum system in BiH on almost 1000 page
